Resembling a Chinese lantern, Anthocyrtium is a type of Radiolaria, an aquatic protozoan life form that forms a fantastically intricate silica-containing shell. This protist was originally drawn by the 19th century naturalist, Prof. Ernst Haeckel. The sea floor is composed of the microscopic fossilized skeletons of Anthocyrtium and other Radiolaria. Ontogenie Science Jewelry lets you view and wear the shells of these amazing creatures, in three dimensions, without the aid of a microscope.et.

This a large pendant, measuring 4 cm (1.6 inches ) tall by 2.6 cm (1 inch) wide.

The pendant is 3D printed in lightly polished solid sterling silver, bronze or brass, finished with a 45 cm/18 inch long sterling silver or rose gold plated silver chain*, and is ready for gift giving with a gift box, polishing cloth, and care instructions.

*While a 45 cm/18 inch fits most, other chain lengths are available. At checkout, write a note indicating your preference.

All jewelry ships free of charge from the Ontogenie workshop in Germany. If you live outside of the EU, you may be charged customs or import fees.

T-Shirts, mugs, and art prints ship free and directly from where they are printed, usually a printing company close to your location.
