No two snowflakes are identical, and no two snowflake earrings should be identical either. These intentionally asymmetric earrings are based on photos from Kenneth Libbrecht's book "Field Guide to Snowflakes." Libbrecht is a physicist at Caltech studying ice crystal formation. He has developed a method of photographing these beautiful, ephemeral jewels of nature so he can study how they form. And yes, he has concluded that the mathematical probability of there ever being two identical snowflakes is essentially zero.
The earrings are 1.6 cm (0.6 in) in diameter below the loop.
The earrings are 3D printed in solid sterling silver and finished with sterling silver hooks to match. The earrings are ready for gift giving with a gift box, polishing cloth, and care instructions.
Please note that the video is a computer render and may not accurately represent the color and texture of the metal of the earrings.
