This detailed and reversible pendant is inspired by ammonites, shell fossils of the extinct marine mollusk group Ammonoidea. Ammonites are most closely related to cephalopods (octopuses and squid) and were able to snare prey with their sharp jaws, pulling fish and crustaceans inside their shell to eat them. They are a useful indicator species for the geologic age of rock since ammonites had slightly different shell shapes in different geological periods. Ammonites are some of the most abundant fossils on earth. Both sides of this pendant are beautiful so you can wear one side facing out on one day and the other side the next day.

The Ammonite pendant is 2 cm (0.8 inches) wide and 2.5 cm (1 inch) long.

The pendant is 3D printed in14K gold plated brass or sterling silver, finished with a 45 cm/18 inch long gold plated silver chain or silver chain to match*, and is ready for gift giving with a gift box, polishing cloth, and care instructions.

*While a 45 cm/18 inch fits most, other chain lengths are available. At checkout, write a note indicating your preference.

Please note: the video is a computer animation designed to show all sides of the pendant and may not accurately represent the color of the metal.
