Diese Anstecknadel ist vom Rosettenstadium der Pflanze inspiriert Arabidopsis thaliana. Arabidopsis ist der Modellorganismus der Wahl für viele Pflanzenbiologen. Sie ist einfach zu züchten, entwickelt sich von Samen zu Samen in ungefähr 6 Wochen und hat ein kleines, aber vollständig sequenziertes Genom. Dieses bescheidene Unkraut, das oft aus Rissen im Pflaster entlang eines Straßenrandes wächst, hat unser Verständnis des Stoffwechsels und der Physiologie von Pflanzen erheblich erweitert. Es ist ein Mitglied der Brassicaceae, der gleichen Pflanzenfamilie wie Kohl, Brokkoli und Wasabi.

Die Reversnadel hat einen Durchmesser von ca. 2 cm und wird mit einer Sicherungsnadel hinten geliefert, um sie an einem Revers oder einer Jacke zu befestigen.

Die Anstecknadel ist 3D-gedruckt in polierter Bronze, massivem Sterlingsilber oder 14 Karat vergoldetem Messing und kann mit einer Geschenkbox, einem Poliertuch und einer Pflegeanleitung verschenkt werden.
