Jewelry Shipping

Jewelry in stock at Ontogenie will be ready for shipping within 1-3 days. Jewelry on backorder requires 3-4 weeks production time before it can be shipped.

Transit times:

• Germany: 3-4 days
• EU (besides Germany): No Shipment due to PPWR
• Europe, non-EU*, 5-10 days
• Canada 9-12 days
• USA**

You will be notified by mail when your order ships and given a tracking number so that you can follow your shipment.

Your jewelry will be gift-wrapped in original Ontogenie packaging.

Please note that packages may be delayed for reasons beyond my control. If your jewelry shipment is held by your local customs office, you are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or import taxes incurred.

*Orders to the United Kingdom of more than 135 GBP/158 Euro will incur import duties (including import VAT, customs charges and handling fees) that must be paid by the customer at the time of receipt of the package in the UK.

**I am currently unable to ship jewelry to the USA.

If you do not pay the import duties, the jewelry will be destroyed or returned, and your order will not be refunded.

Printing of these products requires 2-7 days fulfillment time at a printing facility as close to your location as possible. After fulfillment, your shipment should arrive in 3-10 business days.

No shipment to EU outside of Germany due to PPWR.

Jewelry is limited to stock on hand. If you are interested in a specific piece that isn't in stock, please contact me.

T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, and art prints are printed at a shop near you and are always in stock.
