Jewelry in stock at Ontogenie will be ready for shipping within 1-3 days. Jewelry on backorder requires 3-4 weeks production time before it can be shipped.

• USA, Canada: 9-12 days
• Australia, New Zealand: 10-17 days

For faster delivery, you can choose "Express Shipping" at checkout. Cost is 25.99 € for UPS 1-2 day service.

You will be notified by mail when your order ships and given a tracking number so that you can follow your shipment.

Your jewelry will be gift-wrapped in original Ontogenie packaging.

Please note that packages may be delayed for reasons beyond my control. In the unlikely event that your jewelry shipment is held by your local customs office, you are responsible for paying any customs fees and import taxes incurred.
