Material

The Circogonia pendant represents a perfectly icosahedral Radiolarian. This radiolarian is depicted in a tile from Alim Pasht-Han's ARURA vase, created for the Leuchtenburg Porzellanwelten (Porcelain Worlds) museum in Seitenroda, Germany. Circogonia was originally described and drawn by Ernst Haeckel in his book 'Kunstformen der Natur.'  The hole in the center of the shell is its 'mouth' allowing the creature's amoeboid fingers to slither out and snare dinner.

The pendant is about 2.8cm in diameter, including protrusions.

The pendant is 3D printed in bronze or solid sterling silver, finished with a 45 cm/18 inch long sterling silver or rose gold plated silver chain*, and is ready for gift giving with a gift box, polishing cloth, and care instructions.

*While a 45 cm/18 inch fits most, other chain lengths are available. At checkout, write a note indicating your preference.
